About The Position

The Goddard School in Spring House is seeking experienced Lead Infant & One Year Old Teachers to join their growing team. This is a training hub that leads the country in family satisfaction surveys and has a 94% Faculty Retention Rate. They are looking to expand their team to support growing enrollment and are interviewing daily for Lead Teachers to support all ages, with a current need for additional support for their infant team.

Requirements

• Five years of verified experience in Day Care or Child Care Centers
• Bachelors or Associates Degree in Education
• Active Child Development Associate
• Excited to learn from a growing team
• Passionate about high-quality education to our youngest learners
• Comfortable collaborating with Assistant Teachers
• Experienced with positive classroom management techniques

Nice To Haves

• Previous Infant Experience in a daycare center
• Enjoying working on a growing team
• Want to work for a team that prioritizes communication

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to students
