About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to create a positive, safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. The role supports infants’ learning, play, growth, and emotional and academic development by implementing the company’s proprietary L.E.A.P. curriculum and using its educational characters and classroom resources. The teacher builds relationships with families and colleagues and regularly shares children’s activities and achievements with parents through mobile apps and personal conversations. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

At least six months of professional teaching experience is required.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
Genuine passion for the education and care of children.

Nice To Haves

One year of professional teaching experience is preferred.
An associate degree or higher in early childhood education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
