About The Position

Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including motor controls, PLC programming, and high voltage equipment.
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulatory compliance related to electrical maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance management software.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in electrical trades and technologies.

- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex industrial electrical systems.
- Design, test, and implement electrical control systems to enhance facility efficiency and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and mitigate potential electrical failures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute maintenance schedules minimizing downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to electricians and maintenance staff to foster a skilled workforce.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and coordinate resolution efforts to restore normal operations.
