About The Position

Performs manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of materials, equipment, and supplies within the warehouse. Ensures that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the primary goal by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals. Assists with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving. Contributes to a dynamic team by filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner. Adheres to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Ability to work strategically as part of a team
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds without assistance
Ability to stand comfortably for six or more hours at a time
Age 18 or older
Familiarity with computers and RF scanning technology
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and customer service
Experience in operating a forklift

Responsibilities

Supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees
Establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
Assisting with management of warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving
Filling shipment orders in a timely and effective manner
Adhering to company values of quality, innovation, and comfort
Using RF scanning technology to document carton-level information, including condition, quantity, and location in warehouse
Monitoring systems to ensure that all orders are received
Checking inventory regularly
Moving inventory for delivery according to truck and stop number
Unloading products from freight truck and organizing them within the warehouse
