Responsibilities
- Provide essential personal care and in-home support to clients
- Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including: Bathing Dressing Grooming Meal preparation Medication reminders Light housekeeping Companionship
- Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including assisting with new staff onboarding and ongoing training
- Coordinate and assist with employee scheduling in collaboration with the office team
- Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training
- Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment
