Lead HVAC Technician

Requirements
- 5 years of residential HVAC service experience required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience servicing furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, hydronic systems, and related HVAC equipment
- Able to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and perform the physical demands of HVAC service work.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, identifying issues quickly and providing effective solutions.
- Perform service calls, inspections, and preventative maintenance on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, hydronic systems, and related HVAC equipment.
- Communicate findings, repair recommendations, and replacement options clearly so homeowners can make informed decisions.
- Prepare repair estimates and replacement proposals that align with customers' needs and system requirements.
- Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance best practices, and available solutions to improve comfort and efficiency.
- Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly to support efficient operations and customer service.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe, professional working condition.
- Mentor less-experienced technicians as needed while helping uphold our standards for quality and customer care.
