Requirements

Strong troubleshooting skills and HVAC knowledge
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

3+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
Work on forced-air, boilers (steam & hot water), oil, ductless, and high-velocity systems
Use diagnostic tools to resolve airflow, electrical, fuel, and refrigerant issues
Maintain truck stock to complete flat-rate repairs
Communicate clearly with homeowners and recommend comfort or efficiency upgrades
Support junior technicians as needed
