About The Position

Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Warsaw, IN is looking to hire a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician – Residential Team Lead to work directly in customers' homes diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems while also supporting and mentoring the service team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll continue running service calls while helping guide technicians and lead weekly trainings. We are a locally owned and operated business based right here in Warsaw. Our owner is actively involved day-to-day, works alongside the team, and is focused on helping experienced technicians grow into leadership roles. This is not a corporate environment-we're building a strong, high-performing team within our local community. Requirements

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across residential systems
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must live within 30 minutes of our Warsaw location
  • Ability to provide great customer service
  • Ability to help others improve
  • Ability to clearly explain technical information to homeowners
  • Ability to stay organized, professional, and efficient
