You’ll lead retrofit installs, mentor apprentices, and work with furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, humidifiers, and IAQ products. It’s high-skill, high-impact work where precision and pride matter. Requirements

3–5 years in HVAC (at least 2 in retrofit installs).
2+ year leading or training apprentices.
EPA Universal Certification.
A clean driving record + ability to lift 75 lbs.
