About The Position

Buric Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer (Level 3/Lead Mechanic) to join our growing team. Since 2000, we've built our reputation on quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and treating our employees like family.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless systems
• EPA certification and refrigerant recovery knowledge
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Mitsubishi and American Standard equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects
• Install air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, and controls
• Train and mentor junior installers
• Perform system startups, testing, and troubleshooting
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
