About The Position

Lickety Split AC Plumbing & Electric is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HVAC Installer who is passionate about delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. Requirements

3+ years of residential HVAC install experience (lead installer preferred).
Ability to read static pressure, duct sizing, and airflow reports, or a strong desire to learn.
Takes ownership of installs and ensures they are done correctly.
Takes pride in improving system performance.
Treats customers with respect and avoids shortcuts.
Demonstrates performance commensurate with earning potential.
Arrives on time, prepared, with a clean van and uniform.
EPA Certification.
Valid driver's license with a clean record.
Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong mechanical skills including sheet metal, ductwork, brazing, startups, and airflow balancing.
Able to lift up to 80 pounds and work safely at heights and in attics.

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC installs with an airflow-first mentality, ensuring every system is tested and verified.
Deliver clean, professional, high-quality work.
Communicate clearly with customers, explaining work and educating them as needed.
Handle change-outs, system upgrades, and IAQ solutions (air purification, dehumidification, zoning, etc.).
Verify static pressure, airflow balancing, and ductwork integrity.
Represent Lickety Split’s core values on every call.
