Requirements
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven ability to lead installation jobs independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HVAC installation best practices and local codes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- EPA Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, ductwork, and indoor air quality products
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local code requirements
- Train and mentor installation helpers and junior installers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time
