About The Position
Fire & Ice is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing HVAC team as a Lead HVAC Installer. This role involves installing HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications, pre-measuring job sites for proper preparation, and correctly connecting equipment.
Requirements
- 2-5 Years of Residential HVAC Lead installation experience (Required)
- Must be EPA Certified
- HVAC degree or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid drivers’ license
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
- Properly connect equipment
