About The Position
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing high-quality residential HVAC installations from start to finish. You will lead a team, ensure quality control, and provide technical expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead a Team: Direct and mentor a crew to ensure equipment is installed efficiently and up to code.
- Quality Control: Ensure every residential system is optimized for performance and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain a high standard of craftsmanship.
