Lead HVAC Installer

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll lead residential retrofit and replacement projects from start to finish, ensuring every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
- Experience installing residential HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump installation
- Ability to lead and mentor installation team members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pre-employment background check
- Pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments
Nice To Haves
- EPA 608 Certification
- Lead Installer experience
- Experience with residential retrofit projects
- Additional HVAC certifications and training
Responsibilities
- Lead installation crews on residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects
- Remove and install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Perform system start-ups, safety inspections, and performance testing
- Check for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks to ensure homeowner safety
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance
- Explain system operation and completed work to homeowners
- Collect payments and complete required job documentation
- Maintain truck inventory and ensure tools and materials are job-ready
