About The Position
72 Degrees Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking experienced Lead HVAC Installers to join their team. The company has been serving the Fredericksburg area since 1986 and prides itself on top-notch service and outstanding customer service. Requirements
- 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software
- Ability to coach and train an apprentice
- Experience with brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats, etc.
- Comfort working in attics and tight spaces
