About The Position

Keefe's Air Conditioning, Heating & Electrical is seeking a Seasonal Lead HVAC Installer in New Orleans, LA. This role offers the opportunity to earn up to $2,000+ per week, with company-paid lodging and a daily per diem. The position is ideal for those seeking a profitable season or a long-term career with a respected HVAC company that values craftsmanship, professionalism, and people. The schedule is Monday-Friday with occasional overtime, starting at 7:00 AM until installations are complete.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain—we'll help)
• Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments

Responsibilities

• Install high-quality HVAC systems safely and efficiently
• Lead and mentor installation team members on the job
• Maintain communication with dispatch, warehouse, management, and support teams
• Complete all required paperwork accurately
• Keep your company vehicle clean and organized
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Participate in ongoing training to continue growing your skills
