About The Position

The Lead HVAC Installer will oversee the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties, ensuring adherence to specifications, managing the installation process, and conducting thorough safety and performance tests. A key focus is placed on customer service, providing clear information to homeowners and ensuring installations are completed efficiently, to code, and with attention to potential hazards like carbon monoxide or gas leaks. Daily tasks include managing technical aspects, coordinating team efforts, and maintaining truck inventory.

Requirements

• Have and maintain a clean driving record
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a pre-employment background check
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Manage the installation process, ensuring all systems are installed according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation.
• Conduct thorough safety and performance tests on each system.
• Ensure proper inspection of areas for potential hazards such as carbon monoxide or gas leaks.
• Provide homeowners with clear, detailed information about the installation process.
• Manage the technical aspects of the job.
• Coordinate team efforts.
• Maintain truck inventory.
• Ensure installations are completed efficiently and to code.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding the status of their system during and after installation.
