Requirements
- Proven experience as a Residential HVAC Installer
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and system components
- Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety regulations, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment
- Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation
- Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Perform system change-outs and new equipment installations, including:
- Furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Indoor and outdoor units, controls, and accessories
- Measure, fabricate, and install ductwork, piping, and related components as needed
- Connect HVAC equipment to existing ductwork, electrical, and control systems
- Test completed systems for proper operation, airflow, and performance
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and care
