About The Position
Masters Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Install Technician to join their team. This role is primarily focused on the residential change-out market, involving the installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories. The Lead HVAC Installer will lead a high-performing installation team, mentor less experienced technicians, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Requirements
- 3+ years HVAC Installing experience required.
- EPA Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Candidate will work out of our Indianapolis, IN location.
Nice To Haves
- Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
- HVAC Certification
- Service Titan or similar
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.
