About The Position
Join MasterTech Plumbing, Heating & Cooling as an experienced HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in quality work, safety, and excellent customer service. We are a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and community, offering great support to our installers. We believe great installers deserve great support, and we are looking for someone to install HVAC systems in residential homes, ensure safety and code compliance, collaborate with the installation team, and represent MasterTech by providing great customer service and a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements
- Experienced HVAC Installer, preferably with experience as a Lead Installer (3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, wiring, and installations from the ground up
- EPA Certification (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to adjust communication style to provide the best customer experience possible
- Ability to create detailed job notes for future reference
- General knowledge of safe working practices and applicable federal/state OSHA requirements is required.
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification a plus
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential homes
- Ensure safety and code compliance on every job
- Collaborate with the installation team to get the job done effectively and efficiently
- Represent MasterTech by providing great customer service and a positive and professional attitude
- Frequent communication with dispatch regarding job status and scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in customer homes and company vehicles
- Commitment to working safely and helping ensure teammates work safely
- Willingness to teach and learn by sharing experiences with coworkers
- Open to trying new ideas and recommending process improvements
