About The Position
At Creeks Air Conditioning, we’ve been delivering personalized comfort solutions to homes and businesses across Northeast Florida for over 34 years. From custom ductwork to full system installations, our focus is on craftsmanship, integrity, and customer comfort. We’re now looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team and help us exceed expectations every step of the way.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC install experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and ductwork
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
Nice To Haves
- NATE Certification (a plus)
- Leadership experience or aptitude for training and mentoring
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and light commercial HVAC system installations, including split systems, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork
- Help oversee and support installation helpers, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job
- Read and interpret blueprints, equipment specs, and install layouts
- Modify, fabricate, and install duct systems for optimized airflow and comfort
- Ensure compliance with local codes, job requirements, and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates and addressing questions during installs
- Perform start-up and system checks to verify proper operation
- Maintain accurate job documentation and ensure proper use of company resources and tools
