About The Position
Holbrook Heating is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential and light commercial installation experience, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to complete installations safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship. At Holbrook Heating, we take pride in providing excellent service and quality installations. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead by example, support our installation team, and help us continue delivering dependable results to our customers.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, electrical components, and installation procedures
- Ability to read installation instructions, blueprints, and job specifications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
- Must be dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship
Responsibilities
- Lead HVAC installation projects from start to completion
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
- Review job requirements and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available
- Troubleshoot installation issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes
- Complete required job documentation accurately and promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained
