Requirements

Previous HVAC installation experience
Sheet metal fabrication experience
Ability to fabricate transitions, plenums, offsets, and custom ductwork
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials safely

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification
Union HVAC experience
Experience leading installation crews
Experience with residential retrofit and replacement installations

Responsibilities

Install residential heating and cooling systems
Fabricate custom ductwork, transitions, plenums, offsets, and field modifications
Perform HVAC equipment changeouts and complete system installations
Read and interpret installation layouts, blueprints, and job plans
Ensure all work meets company standards and applicable code requirements
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Complete installation documentation and required paperwork
Assist with training and mentoring less experienced installers
