About The Position

Diamond is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. The role focuses on leading high-quality residential HVAC installations with professionalism, accuracy, and leadership, guiding projects to completion while ensuring safety, performance, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification required
• RMGA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
