Requirements
- 5 years experience as an HVAC Install Technician
- 3 years experience as an HVAC Lead Installer running a crew
- Relevant licenses and certifications
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Clean and neat appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Hard-working and motivated
Responsibilities
- Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.
- Run a crew as an HVAC Lead Installer.
