About The Position

Support and align human resources initiatives with business objectives to optimize workforce performance, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and promote a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional with demonstrated experience developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives. They bring strong expertise in organizational development, employment-law compliance, risk management, labor and union relations, and employee relations. This individual uses workforce data and reporting to identify trends, improve organizational effectiveness, and optimize workforce performance. They are also skilled in leading change and performance-management initiatives and can communicate complex workforce matters clearly while serving as a trusted consultant to executives and senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Professional certification may be required for certain areas of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement programs that improve organizational effectiveness and workforce performance.
  • Help ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable local, state, and federal employment laws, with particular emphasis on labor and union requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate employee-management risks.
  • Analyze workforce metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on HR activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
  • Support change management, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, morale, retention, and other workforce initiatives.
  • Apply previous call center experience to address the workforce needs and operational challenges associated with that environment.
  • Perform other duties and support special projects as assigned.
