Requirements

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility to established standards and within set timeframes.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests and team members.
- Create daily work schedules and record all serviced rooms.
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Report shortages, damages, maintenance issues, or security concerns promptly.
- Handle reasonable guest complaints or requests professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of consumables.
- Comply with all health, safety, and company regulations.
