About The Position

American Beauty is a steakhouse with a menu that features beef, seafood, and seasonal market vegetables. Our horseshoe bar serves a range of local and small production spirits, craft cocktails, beers, and a wine list with over 200 selections. We are looking for a Lead Host to join our team! The ideal candidate will be organized, consistent, approachable, and committed to creating a great guest experience.

Requirements

• At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator
• Flexible schedule and open availability

Responsibilities

• Creating a great guest experience
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette
• Addressing problems quickly and turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• Understanding and utilizing technologies such as POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
