Lead Host/Hostess
About The Position
The Lead Host/Hostess is responsible for assigning Host/Hostess to job tasks and ensuring that the required duties are completed accurately and efficiently. As a Lead Host/Hostess, you will assemble and serve meals in accordance with department standards. You will complete daily responsibilities that may include meal assembly, cold food preparation, utility and dish room functions, nourishment preparation, sanitation duties, and tray passing. This role also involves assisting the supervisor with management tasks and submitting orders via tablet in person on units, requiring the ability to multi-task when entering orders. The position requires the ability to be part of a team as well as lead a team when required.
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalency (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Assign Host/Hostess to job tasks and ensure duties are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assemble and serve meals in accordance with department standards.
- Complete daily responsibilities including meal assembly, cold food preparation, utility and dish room functions, nourishment preparation, sanitation duties, and tray passing.
