About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as a part-time Lead Hand at our Blind River Esso Circle K, 498 Causley St, Blind River, ON. Reporting to the Site Manager, this position is responsible for providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to all customers, maintaining a clean, safe, customer friendly work environment, ensuring all exterior store conditions are maintained to enhance the properties curb appeal, ensuring accurate operation of cashier systems, ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate and balanced, adhering to all company policies and procedures as prescribed, enforcing age verification for the sales of tobacco, lottery and alcohol products, and supporting and assisting the Manager with all aspects of retail operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) to five (5) years in customer service
  • Strong customer service, and organizational skills
  • Friendly enthusiastic and customer service focused
  • Superior customer service skills with a desire to be part of a performance-driven team
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work night shifts and weekends and holidays
  • Valid G drivers license and reliable vehicle
  • Successfully pass the Retail Smart Serve course if not already certified.
