About The Position

Coach Canada is seeking an experienced Lead Hand 310T Technician to join our Niagara Falls maintenance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing operation as our Niagara facility expands its capabilities. We are looking for a skilled, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, supports apprentices and team members, and helps maintain a safe, reliable fleet.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence (DZ an asset)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience performing commercial vehicle safety inspections
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Ability to travel across the U.S. border
• Must comply with Drug and Alcohol Testing Program

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Fleet Focus, Samsara, Saucon, or similar systems is an asset

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain motorcoaches and commercial vehicles
• Perform annual safety inspections and preventative maintenance
• Support shop workflow and provide technical guidance to team members
• Troubleshoot diesel, electrical, HVAC, suspension, and brake systems
• Ensure repairs are completed safely and efficiently
