About The Position

Serve as the lead for Guidance Counselors including, but not limited to, new staff training, professional development, and compliance with grant requirements and other logistical support. This role involves supporting and leading the vision and mission of the guidance counseling department, setting its direction for the maximum benefit of students, and providing solutions-based approaches to problems for students and staff. The position also includes supporting all guidance counselors, especially new ones to the district.
