The purpose of this job is to process merchandise and fuel transactions. This role involves leading a shift of one-to-two cashiers, completing end-of-shift reports, and ensuring compliance with company and local guidelines for restricted merchandise. The Lead Guest Services Team Member is also responsible for maintaining a clean work area, using suggestive selling techniques, handling guest complaints, determining break schedules, and assisting with other travel center functions. Additionally, this role requires modeling behaviors that support the company's common purpose and ensuring all activities comply with relevant rules and regulations.
