Lanai Air is a critical component to delivering a “high quality-high touch” consistent service experience, providing seamless “point to point” travel between the Hawaiian islands. The Lead Guest Service Screening Agent plays a pivotal role by overseeing the day-to-day activities and assignments of Guest Service Screening Agents. This position also functions as the required Twelve Five Standard Screening Program (TFSSP) Screening Supervisor, responsible for supervising staff and equipment at screening locations and acting as the primary liaison to the Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) and Law Enforcement Officer (LEO).
