About The Position

This role is responsible for implementing and managing the process of transferring passengers from check-in to boarding Lāna’i Air aircraft, ensuring all guests meet internal policies, procedures, and safety and security regulations. The position requires delivering high-touch and high-quality guest service, providing security and protection for travelers in a courteous and professional manner. Additionally, this role will assist with flight reservations and logistical services, including coordinating ground transportation and tracking guest inbound flights within the State of Hawaii. The agent will also participate in ground service during arrival and departure processes at interisland terminals and hanger facilities on O‘ahu. The position may involve logistical coordination with third-party vendors (aircraft operator, ground service support, and ground transportation) on Lāna’i, O‘ahu, and other islands. The primary objective is to support Lānaʻi Air in increasing occupancy for the Four Seasons Hotels on Lāna’i and to provide reliable and seamless service to all travelers.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage the process of transferring passengers from checking in to boarding Lāna’i Air aircraft.
  • Ensure that all guests meet internal policies, procedures, and safety, security regulations.
  • Deliver guest service in a manner that is both high touch and high quality.
  • Provide security and protection for travelers across all Lanai Air flights in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with flight reservations.
  • Assist with logistical services, including coordination of ground transportation and tracking of the guest’s inbound flights into and within the State of Hawaii.
  • Participate in the ground service during the arrival and departure process as guests transition through the interisland terminals and hanger facility on O‘ahu.
  • Coordinate with third party vendors (aircraft operator, ground service support, and ground transportation) on Lāna’i, O‘ahu and other islands.
  • Conduct individual and business affairs in highest ethical and legal fashion.
