As Ada’s Lead, GTM Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Sales and Post-Sales teams as Ada continues to grow. Acting as the subject matter expert for sales process, execution and continuous improvement, you will develop key programs to onboard new sellers, drive up close rates, enable on our product and its features, and run events to upskill and energize the teams. Reporting into the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, this role is a high visibility individual contributor who will be working directly with our CRO, CMO and wider executive team.
