About The Position

We’re looking for a charismatic, knowledgeable coach who can lead a room, connect with members, and help build an incredible studio community. This role is about more than coaching workouts — it’s about creating an experience that keeps members motivated, supported, and excited to come back. At F45, we’re more than a workout — we’re a community. We value energy, teamwork, accountability, and creating an environment where members feel supported, challenged, and inspired every day.

Requirements

Group fitness or personal training experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to lead and motivate large groups
Passion for fitness, functional training, and helping others
Team-player mentality with a positive attitude
Comfortable with social media and community engagement
Current nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, etc.)
Current CPR/AED certification

Nice To Haves

F45 experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Lead high-energy group training sessions while ensuring members feel supported, motivated, and coached safely
Demonstrate exercises with proper form and provide modifications when needed
Help create a positive, organized, and energetic studio environment
Collaborate with the management team on studio goals, member experience, and fun community events
Support and help guide fellow coaches while maintaining strong team culture
Assist with trainer scheduling and help coordinate class coverage as needed
Assist with member consultations, onboarding, and retention
Help set up, clean, and maintain the studio before and after classes
