About The Position
At Trellis, we don't just manage buildings; we sustain homes. We are looking for an experienced Lead Grounds Specialist to join our Twin Cities team. If you want a stable, full-time position with a great grounds team, we want to talk to you! You will be the lead of our grounds team, ensuring our residents have a safe, attractive, and well-maintained place to live year-round.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of landscaping or groundskeeping
- general maintenance skills
- Strong work ethic
- reliability
- attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License
- vehicle insurance required
Nice To Haves
- DOT Health Card preferred but will help you obtain if needed.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day maintenance of lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
- Coordinate lawn schedule to include mowing, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and seasonal plantings.
- Coordinate snow removal plans including plowing and salting in the winter.
- Complete maintenance tasks and projects during the off-season.
