About The Position

The Nike.Net Business Team operates at the intersection of Global Sales, Geographies, and Technology, including Product, Engineering, and Program. This role collaborates closely with these groups to deliver scalable digital solutions, align priorities, and accelerate wholesale transformation. Reporting to Global Sales leadership, this position influences cross-functional teams worldwide, with a primary focus on growing Nike's B2B E-Commerce Business. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator adept at identifying opportunities and translating them into actionable plans. They excel in ambiguous environments, lead through influence, and bring clarity to complex, global initiatives. Strong communication skills are essential for crafting compelling executive narratives and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared vision. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen and analytical rigor to develop business cases, set priorities, and achieve measurable outcomes. Experience navigating matrixed organizations, building cross-functional relationships, and driving end-to-end execution across digital platforms or sales enablement initiatives is crucial. The candidate should be comfortable with both strategic, high-level thinking to identify growth opportunities and detailed problem-solving to ensure successful delivery. A commercial mindset is paramount, with a constant drive to expand reach, accelerate adoption, and unlock revenue through new business models, partner types, and market expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, digital platforms, or sales enablement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. Any suitable combination of education, experience and training will be accepted.
  • Proven ability to identify and shape opportunities that drive revenue and partner growth.
  • Proficient in AI tools, Excel, AirTable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the expansion of Nike.Net into new business models and partner segments, owning delivery from concept to launch.
  • Connect strategy to execution, align teams, and ensure readiness across geographies to unlock growth and scale digital wholesale capabilities.
  • Partner with Global Sales and Geography teams to define requirements and success models for onboarding new business and distributor partners.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of onboarding initiatives, from discovery through launch, owning timelines, risks, and execution plans.
  • Align cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, and Program to deliver capabilities that enable scale.
  • Drive go-to-market readiness, including user acceptance testing, launch planning, and adoption strategy across stakeholders.
  • Identify and advance new business opportunities by leveraging market insights, partner feedback, and platform performance data.
  • Act as the business lead across teams, resolving blockers, aligning priorities, and maintaining momentum.
  • Define and track key performance indicators, delivering clear insights and storytelling to leadership.
