Lead Glass Installer Glazier

Gatsby GlassCarol Stream, IL
Onsite

About The Position

The standard function of the position is to install glass shower doors, walls, mirrors, or other glass-centric products, metal framework, and hardware components in a client’s residence or commercial space while working independently, in a team environment, and or with direct supervision. Gatsby Glass has built a reputation for quality. Our guiding mantra is “Elegant. Strong. Innovative.” And that’s exactly what we’re looking for in our team. Our team partners with our clients to bring bold, artistic glassworks to life. Whether it’s on the operations side, driving glass innovations; the sales side, translating those visions for the customer; or the installation side, bringing those masterworks to life — everyone on our team knows how their work helps to bring the client’s vision to reality. The ideal candidates have intense attention to detail, and they understand that even the smallest grain of sand has an impact on the perfection of a final project. You’ll know how to take complex descriptions and transform them into a plan as crystal clear as the glass we install. Our teammates are fueled by a passion for customer-service in everything we do, and that energy extends to all of our work, even when — and especially when — the customer doesn’t see the work that goes on behind-the-scenes. The Lead Glazier on each of our teams understands how the entire project goes together, and directs our teams to create immaculate glassworks for our customers. If this sounds like you, maybe you’re the perfect addition to one of our teams. Elevate your career with a role at Gatsby Glass.
