This role involves engaging shoppers and event attendees, starting conversations, and capturing leads. The focus is on promoting brand awareness, setting appointments, and handing off warm leads to the sales team, all while representing the company professionally. No hard selling is involved; the primary goal is to initiate conversations and create opportunities.
Requirements
- Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude; strong communication.
- Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Available during listed hours; comfortable working in busy retail/event environments.
Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers and event attendees; start friendly conversations and capture leads.
- Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions
- Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.
