About The Position

The Lead Generator gathers contact information of customers interested in the services we offer (HVAC) and then enters the customer information into our system to begin the bid process.

Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
• This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Provide manager with consumer feedback and information for recaps.
• Knowledgeable of key brand information, brand points, and educate consumers on products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores.
• Build productive relationships with store associates.
• Positive attitude, outgoing nature, and comfort level speaking with the public.
• Other duties as assigned.
