About The Position

Endo Networks is looking for Lead Generators to represent them at various Costco locations throughout the East region, for a global industry leader in water treatment for over 45 years! Locations include but not limited to Oshawa, Ajax, Scarborough and Richmond Hill. If you are personable, energetic, self-motivated, passionate, well-spoken, and fun, we want you! We are looking for Lead Generators or Brand Ambassadors to engage and educate in a high traffic retail environment. Your role will be to let people know who we are, what we do and how they can learn more. Your task is to create opportunities to pass along to our experienced and dedicated sales team!

Requirements

Experience in a customer facing role required.
Experience in customer service, events, sales, and/or lead generation
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and always represent the brand with integrity
Ability to understand and effectively communicate the brand messaging
Great verbal communication and presentation skills
Charismatic and outgoing personality is a must
Must be self-motivated and be able to work well independently as well as in a team setting
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Must have flexible availabilities with the possibility of working weekdays, weekends, some weekday holidays and as business dictates, including up to an hour a week for administrative work
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within designated region

Responsibilities

Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Attend and actively participate in team meeting conference calls
Travel to various locations in GTA and surrounding areas
