About The Position

Chellecomm LLC is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our Dallas team. This role supports our sales pipeline by reviewing merchant statements, identifying potential savings opportunities, and connecting with prospective business clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, communicating with business owners, and working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, merchant services, or B2B sales is a plus.

Requirements

Previous lead generation, telemarketing, outbound calling, or business development experience preferred.
B2B sales or merchant services experience is a plus.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with business owners.
Organized and able to accurately track leads and follow-up activity.
Self-motivated and comfortable working toward individual and team goals.
Basic computer and CRM/database experience.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and identify new opportunities.
Review merchant processing statements to identify potential savings and opportunities.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Engage prospects, ask qualifying questions, and gather accurate information.
Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the company database/CRM.
Follow up with prospects as needed to move opportunities through the pipeline.
Partner with the sales team to support lead generation goals.
Stay informed about merchant services, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Meet established activity and lead generation goals.
