About The Position
In this role, you will be the face of the brand in the field, connecting with homeowners at their home to discuss their window and door needs, sharing what makes our products different and scheduling in-home consultations with our sales team. No prior experience is needed. We provide all the training and tools you need to succeed in making more money than you thought possible! Renewal by Andersen is the custom window and door replacement division of Andersen Corporation, a company with over 120 years of experience. Our team works directly with homeowners to provide high quality solutions and a strong customer experience.
Requirements
- An outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal driven.
Nice To Haves
- A background in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door.
- Represent the brand to share information about our window and door solutions.
- Navigate assigned neighborhoods effectively, which involves substantial walking in various outdoor conditions.
