About The Position

The Lead Generator gathers contact information of customers interested in the services we offer (HVAC) and then enters the customer information into our system to begin the bid process.

Requirements

High school diploma and/or equivalent.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written communication skills.
Positive attitude, outgoing nature, and comfort level speaking with the public.

Nice To Haves

Possible travel between retail stores to assist in covering shifts.
Must be willing to work in either King, Snohomish, Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, Mason, Jefferson and Island.

Responsibilities

Provide manager with consumer feedback and information for recaps.
Knowledgeable of key brand information, brand points, and educate consumers on products.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Responsible for generating sales leads while working inside of retail stores.
Build productive relationships with store associates.
Enter customer information into our system to begin the bid process.
