About The Position

Carroll Water is seeking enthusiastic Lead Generation / Customer Service Representatives to represent our brand in big box retail locations. As the first point of contact with potential customers, you will spark interest in our whole home water systems and gather leads for our sales team. This is a part-time position, up to 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling that includes weekends and occasional evenings. If you are outgoing, friendly, enjoy engaging with people, and want to help families learn about cleaner, healthier water, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Comfortable starting conversations and generating interest in our services
Availability on weekends (some evenings may be required)
Able to stand up to 8 hours and lift 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

Represent Carroll Water at retail store locations, events, and promotional activities
Approach and engage shoppers in friendly conversation
Educate customers on the benefits of our water systems in a clear, approachable way
Collect and qualify leads for our sales team to follow up
Provide an excellent customer experience while answering general questions
Share customer feedback with the marketing team to help us improve outreach efforts
Have the ability to stand up to 8 hours
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Able to set up and breakdown demo display when needed.
