About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Generative AI Engineer to join our team. This role will involve leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, including AI Copilots, Enterprise Search, Knowledge Assistants, and Agentic Workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, AI/ML, and building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications. You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring engineering excellence, and delivering AI solutions to production.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of Python development experience.
• 3 years leading AI/ML or GenAI engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions to production.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted SDLC practices.
• Experience building enterprise-scale cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering excellence.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Javascript.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Experience with AI Copilots, Enterprise Search, Knowledge Assistants, and Agentic Workflows.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications are a plus.
