About The Position

Star Dental Partners is now seeking a Lead Generation Associate who will play a critical role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities. This candidate will also play a critical role in assisting with the marketing efforts of Star Dental Partners within a highly collaborative and motivated team. Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in an inside sales or dental practice position
  • Local to the Greater Dallas, TX area and able to commute to the Plano office up to 4 days per week
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT, SharePoint)
  • Comfortability with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or similar database software tool
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration
  • Ethical, results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment
  • Exhibit resilience and perseverance

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Healthcare services industry experience such as dental, veterinary, or dermatology a plus
  • Experience calling small business owners
  • Multi-site company experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate partnership leads for the company primarily through cold calling efforts
  • Build deep pipeline of future partnership opportunities
  • Outbound partnership prospect qualification and account research
  • Work closely with business development team to generate and qualify new leads
  • Manage and maintain prospect database (HubSpot) ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Manage outbound mailing program and track response rates
  • Assist in additional marketing and administrative tasks as needed
